Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the conditions below.

 

1. Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

 

2. Conditions for returns

A product can be returned if:

 

the product is unused and undamaged;

the product is complete;

the product, where reasonably possible, is in its original packaging;

you can provide proof of purchase or an order number.

 

We reserve the right to charge for any reduction in value if the product has been used more than necessary to assess it.

 

3. Products that cannot be returned

The following products are excluded from returns:

 

personalized or custom-made products;

products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons;

perishable products;

digital products where delivery has started with the customer’s consent;

gift cards or vouchers;

services that have been fully performed with the customer’s prior consent.

 

4. Registering a return

After receiving your return request, we will send you the return instructions.

5. Return costs

The costs for returning are covered by Ube Nederland. If the product is defective, incorrectly delivered or arrived damaged, we will reimburse the return costs.

 

6. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the order, unless agreed otherwise.

Any shipping costs from the original order will be refunded according to the applicable legal rules, except in the case of partial returns or additionally selected shipping options.

 

7. Exchanges

Do you want to exchange a product for a different size, color or variant? Please contact us via info@ubenederland.nl. Exchanges are possible as long as the desired product is in stock.

 

8. Damaged or incorrect products

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please report this as soon as possible via info@ubenederland.nl, preferably with photos of the product and packaging.

We will then provide a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.

 

9. Return address

You will receive the return address once we have received your return request.

Do not send a product back without registering the return first, so that we can process your return correctly.
